Our advertising and sponsorship rates for the 2012 show season are as follows:

• Platinum Sponsor - $1850
  All Single and Gold Sponsor benefits PLUS:
  "Official New York AutoFest Sponsor" status with logo you can use on your website, advertising, and correspondence
  Sponsor's 325x90 banner ad and link on our website for one year (random loading among sponsors)
  Sponsor's logo on all show flyers (apx. 4,000 per show), posters, and media ads*
  Upgrade to Full page ad in our annual show book
  Upgrade to 10x20 vendor spot at all shows*
• Gold Sponsor - $885
  Single Show Sponsorship benefits PLUS:
  10x10 vendor spot at all shows*
  1/2 page ad in our annual show book
  Sponsor's logo on our website for one year
  Substantial discounts on additional trophy sponsorships, special event sponsorships, and additional vendor space.
• Single Show Sponsorship* - $250
  Sponsor's name and short announcement on stage at least twice during the show
  A "Best in Show" trophy named in Sponsor's honor
• Special Event sponsorships
  Sponsorships at some special events such as street fairs, prices to be determined per event.
• Sponsor's Trophy - $185 to sponsor an impressive "Best in Show" trophy given in the sponsor's name with the vehicle chosen by the sponsor or an appointed representative
• Trophy Sponsor - $55 to sponsor a Judge's trophy (apx. 30-90 available depending on the show)
• Vendor booth (non-food) - $40 per 10x10 foot space in advance, $55 day of show. (Call for multi-space discounts)*
• Food Court Vendor - $195 flat rate in advance. 10x15 foot space (no food vendors some shows, call for info)*
• Door Prizes & Chinese Auction - no charge - Donate a gift valued between $25 and $100 or more. Depending on the value it will be given away as either a door prize or featured in our Chinese Auction. This includes mention in the show catalog.
• Goody Bag - no charge - send us 100 flyers, promotional items, or product samples per show for inclusion in Goody Bags. Each bag is given as a gift to the first 100 show car owners. (Sears show, 200 Goody bags)
• Website banner ad - $195 per year. Your 325x90 banner with link on our website randomly displays at the top of every web page.
• Newsletter Ad Rates - $25 per month, $125 for 6 months, $250 for 12 months. Ad placed in our monthly newsletter reaces over 4000 car enthusiasts in the metro NY area. Newsletter is published once per month during the off season and as much as three times a month during the show season, there is no monthly increase in ad price no matter how many issues are sent out..
